Laptop for photoshop

Hi all,
Please can you help me spec a laptop for my dad.
He would be using it for occasional photoshop and watching football. He is currently using a 1080p 60hz.
Ideally he would like to spend £650-700 and have at least a 15.6 inch display for when he travels although it will mostly be plugged into a monitor.

Is the budget realistic for an occasional use laptop? If not what would be the minimum?

I'm not an expert on PCS's laptops, but I'd have thought you could make a decent stab at this with the Lafité, which I think is the best 15.6" screen on offer. I think it's pretty competitively priced for what it is.

That works as he doesn't need windows as he has an account I can port over. I would probably up it to a 1TB M2 drive too.
