Laptop - Gaming + Business Use

Hi there - looking for a new laptop, and would really appreciate any advice. Primary use will be gaming (not too many FPS's, but some moderately heavy processing and screen updates - hosting Gloomhaven, Fantasy Grounds Unity, many strategy games etc.) along with a fair amount of business use. The latter will be MS Office heavy (Visio, large spreadsheets, MS Project etc). This the primary driver behind the 64GB RAM and 2TB Pro storage.

I have selected the RTX4070 as one of the better graphics cards on the market atm for a laptop, but I have been told that performance will vary a GREAT deal with the power applied to it, which in turn is driven by the thermal limits of being a laptop....

Would love any advice or suggestions very much appreciated (NB - the below is definitely the UPPER limit for what I can spend :-( )

Intel 13th and 14th Gen are inherently flawed, you must have missed the headlines for the past 6 months, but Intel are being sued left right and center because their CPU's are completely broken.

There are only entry level AMD laptops left in stock as all the higher end models sold out a while ago, but they're just about to release new CPU's, so there should be new models out shortly. Early reports are extremely positive for the new AMD cpu's especially from an efficiency standpoint while remaining very strong in performance
