im sending off my laptop for upgrade. im sending back my laptop with the packaging it came in.
if any damage is done my DPD courier on pick up or re delivery are they or PCS responsable for it and will cover it and fix it

If you are using the supplied packaging from PCS then as far as I am aware it is covered under the warranty / returns warranty (ie PCS would open a case against DPD for recovering the damages).
yeah its the packaging that was used when i first brought the laptop in Feb.i was going to send it back in that. just worried as i dont want any damage done.
The packaging supplied by PCS is pretty sturdy (I think they have even tested it by dropping stuff ) So you should be ok, however you are still well within terms and conditions of the warranty etc. Basically if any damage was to occur you should still be covered.
