Laptop Spec for Adobe Photoshop and Light Gaming

Hi,

I have really struggled to find a laptop that:

a) has a top quality screen for accurate photo editing (my main use).

and b) has the option of a dedicated graphics card for a bit of light gaming (for example, Microsoft Flight Simulator).

I really wanted a 15.6" screen but all of the "editing/gaming" specific laptops on PC Specialist unfortunately only incorporate the bog standard 1920px 72% NTSC screen.

I then stumbled across the 14" Fusion Studio, which is smaller than I'd like, but appears to have a better screen. However, at 1kg and 15mm it sounds almost too good to be true?! What do people think? I've bumped up the RAM to 16Gb and would like a 1TB SSD too. I hope this thing isn't gonna catch on fire with so much power in such a small space haha....

Full spec below. Comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

Chassis & Display
Fusion Studio Series: 14" Matte WQXGA 90Hz sRGB 95% LED Widescreen (2880x1800)
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i7 Quad Core Processor 11370H (3.3GHz, 4.8GHz Turbo)
Memory (RAM)

Graphics Card
NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 3050 Ti - 4.0GB GDDR6 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1

It seems like a good laptop indeed , but 72 % NTSC is the same as roughly 95-98 % sRGB , so the panel will likely be in the same quality ballpark as the others . For a truly outstanding panel for photo and video editing you would be looking for close to or above 90 % Adobe RGB , which covers a larger color spectrum than sRGB.
But besides that Fusion studio seems like a decent prospect , I would just increase the speed of the RAM to 2933 Mhz as 2400 Mhz is considered a tad slow , especially mated with an i7 CPU.

Thanks Krista!

That's a fair point regarding the screen.

Ideally I'd like the 15.6" Fusion Studio which has sRGB 100% screen, but annoyingly this one doesn't come with the option of an independent graphics card! Any ideas why this might be, when the 14" is able to accommodate?

As an aside, can I assume that all of the 15.6" options with 60Hz FHD 72% NTSC 1920px screen will be the exact same screen...?

I've just realised, for almost exactly the same price (approx £1400) the Ionico 15.6" has an sRGB 100% screen. The key difference I see is a 2.3Ghz processor on the Ionico versus 3.3Ghz on the Fusion Studio.

How does this configuration look for example:

Chassis & Display
Ionico Series: 15.6" Matte QHD 165Hz sRGB 100% LED Widescreen (2560x1440)
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i7 Eight Core Processor 11800H (2.3GHz, 4.6GHz Turbo)
Memory (RAM)
16GB Corsair 3200MHz SODIMM DDR4 (2 x 8GB)
Graphics Card
NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 3060 - 6.0GB GDDR6 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB INTEL® 670p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 3500MB/sR | 2500MB/sW)

The frequency means very little, the Fusion studio is a low power CPU and the Ionico is a full laptop CPU, the Ionico is substantially more powerful
