Laptop specs for website design/development?

Hi,

I am looking to get into website design and development so will be using software such as text editors and adobe photoshop. I have made a laptop on here so would really appreciate you guys feedback. Do you think anything needs improving or possibly anywhere i could get the price down for not much performance difference?

Ideally looking to keep it under £650, and no not really the laptop will just be used for website development as well as some graphic editing work but not that much of it

I am really new into this but believe it will software such as sublime text editor using HTML, CSS and JS
I will also be using Adobe products such as Photoshop and illustrator

Really any general purpose PC should be able to handle these. Editing photots isn't anything like editing videos, just make sure you have sufficient RAM and everything should be good.
