I’ve had my laptop since November. It was working yesterday and when I was finished with it I went to shut down but let it update first. I left it on charge overnight. I tried to turn it on this morning and first of all it turned on with three grey bars. I restarted it and now when I try to turn it on, the power light turns on and the fan turns on for a few seconds then turns off. If i keep it on the fan turns on again after a few minutes, then turns off again. The keyboard isn’t working at all either to turn backlight on or anything.
Not sure if it’s related, but screen has been a little glitchy now and then the past month or so, mostly when I switch to a different application. The speakers are also a little difficult sometimes and if i get any notifications, or sometimes just randomly, the volume will go very quiet or off completely and I’ll have to go into sound settings and click on the speaker again.
Not sure if there’s a defective part in it or something that could possibly be changed out, just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what it could be or how to fix it
