Hey there quick question for ya (humour the stupid)

past two days iv been trying to get on live chat to ask about the status of 7850 (yes i should just wait but its on its 18 - 19th working day now) as id like to know an estimate of when they'l arrive. Other than tht one component they've pre built my pc which is great nd is much appreciated.

BUT each time i try live chat i get "The representative has left the conversation. If you have further questions please leave a message: Leave message. Thank you!" after 15min ish. i dont get home from work till 1630 ish so im just wondering if theres literaly no one at the screen.

The live chat button doesent shut off till 1800ish it seems but is 1630 too late to try for live chat?

edit live chat ended earlier today, it seems i finish work too late and have answered my own question maybe

Quickest way for an update is a phonecall, an alternative is an email but that may take a couple of days.

itl have to be email, i may sound like a cheap scate but i had to save up for 4 months for this rig nd certainly cnt afford the per min charge (apprentice wages)

Yeh catch at a non-peak time and it takes you no more than 2-3 minutes, plus its not an overpriced line either, i think its 20p p/m on top of standard rates

I wont waste space by making a new thread so ill ask here,

my "show" order page no longer says that it is awaiting the 7850 but still says its in building, ive also not been told tht the stock is back in (altho i dont know if i would or not???)

so the question is does this mean im likely to go into testing and qc 2moro and maybe just maybe get the pc by the end of the week? I know i sound like an impatient git (which i am) but im hopeing not to have to wait anouther week without a clue, all my finger nails are gone and id rather not move on to the toenails.

Hey,

Live Chat isn't working for me, either. Which sucks, as it'll be hard to explain my issue over the phone and it'll be costly, even if it's a cheapish line. What's going on with the LiveZilla, PCS?
