Live chat?

Hey, i keep trying to use live chat, it progresses me through the queue reasonably fast but then there's a huge delay when it says i'm being connected to a representative. I've waited up to an hour multiple times now and i'm wondering if it's broken or something?

Bit of a glitch i think, it was showing online even though all the availiable guys were taken.

Oh right, thanks for the reply. I had a question i wanted to ask that maybe you could help me with. Is there any way to have items added to your system after it being ordered? It's still in pre production phase atm.

Yep no problem, you can make amendments by logging into the website and doing it that way or by calling us on 0844 499 4000
