Our official office opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Saturdays 9am - 1pm) and our official production hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Im guessing you ran foul of closing time.

The livechat people are the same as the ones answering the phones, so as far as job satisfaction goes i dont know, you could always call and ask.

Live chat is flaky sometimes depending on wether the call centre guys are busy on the phones or not, phones take priority.

Livechat is also a sales advice tool, nothing more, not much can actually be achieved through it barring advice.
