Looking for good control pad

Hi, I'm looking into getting a control pad for gaming but not really sure on what's a good or bad pad as most have a lot of mixed reviews and each seem to have there own problems, I kinda like the Xbox wireless pads but are they reliable?

I am using an xbox wireless controller for my pc and I have never experienced any issues when gaming. I think I read in a previous thread that some people were experiencing issues with it.

the xbox controllers are definitely the best choice, make sure its a games for windows one otherwise it wont work, I have the wired one, because I can't be bothered to keep replacing batteries and it was cheaper

+1 To Keynes and Wozza, I use my wireless xbox pad with my PC for some games and have never had any issues with it.

There are people who have though - might be easier to stick with the wired pads?

Xbox controller it is then :yes:

A lot of modern games automatically set them selves up to work with the xbox controller without having to change controls etc, of course you can change the controls if you wish
