It should run those games perfectly fine :) High detail probably, but not entirely sure, maybe better.

Memory (RAM)
8GB KINGSTON HYPER-X GENESIS DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz, X.M.P (2 x 4GB KIT)
You could easily go down to the Samsung 1333MHz RAM, you won't really notice the difference between it and the Kingston unless overclocking anyway.

Memory - 1st Hard Disk
1TB SATA-II 3-Gb/s HARD DRIVE WITH 32MB CACHE (7,200rpm)
Would be nice if you could upgrade to either a Caviar Black or Seagate Barracuda, just cos it'll make for fast booting and loading

Processor Cooling
INTEL SOCKET LGA1155 STANDARD CPU COOLER
Would be better if you could upgrade to the triple copper cooler, just to help your PC be a little cooler whilst gaming, this I'd do before upgrading the HDD, if you have to pick between them

Warranty
3 Year Standard Warranty (1 Month Collect & Return, 1 Year Parts, 3 Year Labour)
Fora fiver, upgrade to the silver warranty, it extends the return and collect bit of the warranty to a year rather than a month, well worth it even if only for peace of mind.

Is this too much? It will be brilliant as you will be able to add another gpu later. The gpu already on it is still a good card. I really would recommend it, what do you think?

2GB AMD RADEON™ HD6950- I've never used ATI before as I've always used Nvidia so i would have to look into that. i'll add SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE INTEL CPU COOLER, change the RAM to the 8gb samsung and the HDD to 1TB SEAGATE Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s HDD, 32MB Cache (7200rpm) which adds to £857. Is that a better configuration?

That is better, the advantage of the card I chose is that with that mobo, you can add another later. I have also given you enough psu power to allow this. nVidia are better for programming and media creation because of CUDA. For gaming, they are both good, the 6950 is more powerful than the 560ti though. nVidia do have better driver support though but that isn't huge.
