LOW CPU usage While video rendering

Hello lads,

My CPU usage never goes above 30%, while rendering videos. I use Wondershare Filmora. How can I increase my CPU utilization while rendering to speed up the process? Is it even possible? where does the issue lie?

From a brief search I believe that software only makes use of 4 threads at any one time. That means it's very poorly optimised for your uses.

Adobe Premiere is often a solid choice. Can be quite expensive though. I've used Sony Vegas which is decent also.

It depends on what you would be willing to pay for software really. Is it a free option you are looking for?

If you are video editing then a good option could be Davinci Resolve, fairly popular online so there is quite a few guides.

Both are excellent. If you don't have a preference already then you could probably use either to be honest.

What is "best" is completely subjective and based on experience and familiarity. They are both very good video creators.

As Scott said there is pro's and con's for both.

Davinci is probably the best free one I have ever used (once i checked a video guide )
