Hi

I have installed the Macrium Reflect boot files onto a usb3 hard disk, which includes my image file backups.

I have plugged the drive into my usb3 port which is attached to the motherboard.

Do I just click on "restore image" (See the orange arrow on the pic below)

My Macrium Reflect Screen Shot - Booted into recovery software:

Should I verify the disk image before attempting a restore of drive c?

thanks

Jonathan

1. Yes, just click Restore Image (assuming that's the image you want to restore). There will be a couple more screens, one allows you to change partition sizes and then a popup window will warn you that you're about to overwrite drive C:. It's all pretty straightforward, just take your time figuring out what each dialog is asking.

2. I always verify my images as soon as I've taken them, but yes I would verify it first so you don't waste time trying to restore a broken image.
