major help needed problem had for a year im hopeless!

sooooo i purchased a base pc from here : BUT i upgraded it my self with adding in 2 gtx1080 cards and doubled the ram to 64gb. plus a sata expansion card as run alot of hardrives but i cant play games at all even minecraft only runs at 40 fps with lag spikes. all drivers are up to date ECT. cpu is fine as it renders videos ect perfect but games just lag apex runs at 20 fps on low settings. PLEASE HELP ANY IDEAS

here are the specs i purchased here, since then i put in loads of drives and the graphic cards plus upgraded very recent to a 1300w power supply to see if my power supply had become faulty. ( lag problems have always been a issue) plus put in a extra 32gb ram
