Mini-ITX case with Intel i7 processor - impossible?

I just tried specifying a system in a Mini-ITX case and found that with an i7 processor it was impossible to choose a cooling system that was acceptable, none of them were adequate according to the website. I have temporarily changed it to an i5 so I could show it here (see below).
I actually have an old Mini-ITX system with an i7 processor from PC Specialist in about 2012, which has been fine.
Is it now impossible? Thanks.

Older Intel CPUs did not run as hot as the current generation. Intel seem to be only able to get more performance out of their CPUs by increasing power usage...in some cases up to 3x the power of the equivalent AMD CPU.

What is is it that you need that requires a Intel CPU over a AMD CPU?

There's a fair bit in that build that is sub-optimal - unless it's simply a office PC?

Can you read through this and answer some of the questions posed please...

Intel are now the weak processors, they use insane amounts of power, have worse performance and cost more than AMD equivalents. They're best avoided except in very specific circumstances.
