Hey again, my brother just got his PC Today and we noticed a issue, unfortunately some of the ports at the back of the motherboard are not usable, We called Up PCS and they recommended to try loosen the top left screw on the motherboard and there was no movement. I would be grateful for any suggestions
Thanks Fizzo

Thats really weird. it looks like you need taller standoff mounts because your motherboard is sitting too close to the case.

*Edit* - By that I don't mean go buy some. To me that hasn't been built properly and needs sending back.

Can you take some photos of the inside of the case so we can try and see how the motherboard is sitting.

It's not your fault. The the first pictures are pretty definitive. The only thing you can do is book an RMA and send it back.

i can see the stand offs from the top, but there isn’t a huge noticeable difference

It looks like the motherboard is sloping down away from the IO board which is why the ports aren't aligned. If you gently lift the opposite side of the motherboard to the ports does it move at all? If so does it line up?

Even if it does you will still have to send it back because the whole motherboard will need to be removed to sort this out.
