A good case will be optimised for airflow with the included fans. The cheaper you go (generally but obviously not exclusively) the less they are able to test on fluid dynamics to optimise airflow. Case design is a real art and needs very expensive testing tools and software to get the best cases, not all companies are able to invest in these

It's important to state that so long as your system is operating within limits and you're not facing any throttling or stuttering, it's obviously recognised that most of us are happy to sacrifice a bit of airflow for RGB goodness, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Also bear in mind, this test was done with an Air Cooler on the CPU, which would enormously affect the airflow through the case vs an AIO. An AIO is hugely beneficial for general airflow for the GPU as well as generally better cooling on the CPU as it doesn't cause such an obstruction within the case.

Airflow is the key, to get optimum airflow requires balanced pressure.

It's why I'm always quite reserved with recommending fans in builds. I try to calculate it in my head but without having hands on with every case and fan setup, it's impossible to recommend with any real accuracy.

Similar count/spec going in and out.... you won't go wrong though.

End goal is slighly positive air pressure at low speed and slightly negative pressure at full load.

Terrible, isn’t it. When I saw the title of that vid I made a giant cup of tea and a sandwich, then sat down to watch that atrocity in action.
