motherboard and ssd question

I am looking forward to buy an ssd. There are 2 types - 3 gb/s and 6 gb/s. The question is which is going to fit my motherboard ASUS® M4N98TD EVO: DDR3, 2-Way SLI, SATA 3.0GB/s?

They will both "fit". However your motherboard is only SATA 3GB/s so it doesnt matter which speed SSD you buy becasue they will both run at SATA 3GB/s.
