Mouse slows down... Need more RAM ?

When I'm in a 3D modelling program my mouse tends to slow down if I'm doing a lot of work. Does this mean I need more RAM ?

Open task manager and check your memory (and CPU) usage in there. It's more likely to be a CPU shortage IMO.
