I am having some problems with it though. It wont boot up from cold without giving an "overclock failed" error. All of the Bios settings are untouched. I've phoned PCS but they couldn't find a solution, all the settings are correct.

Which leads me onto asking, is 1.4v ok for cpu voltage??? It seems a little high to me but that's what you've stated on my order page.

EDIT: The stupid computer just died on me. I was transferring files off my external harddrive and it just shut down!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

It looks stunning! Nice 580's!
Hope the problem gets fixed soon. Your best bet is to ring the helpline 0844 499 4000, not sure what the opening hours are, or if they're open on the weekend. Failing that, maybe post in the technical support forum for now?
+rep for pics nevertheless

When you say it keeps dying on you, does it Blue Screen and re-start or does it turn off?

If it's the OC settings we can tweak these with you over the phone, and in the meantime reset your BIOS you that you get normal operation without crashing. Please give us a call tomorrow.

Yeah it just shuts down. It's weird. No blue screen. Just shuts down and restarts then asks if I want to enter safe mode or start windows normally. I'll call in the morning.

Awsome pc there ,nice pics + rep

Does your pc boot up into windows then shuts down or does it shut down half way through the windows 7 logo?

If its the logo then you might need to reinstall windows .

I tried to leave the pc on overnight running bitcomet, came to find it this morning swtiched off. Switched it back on and it came up with the 'overclock failed' message. I've put all bios settings back to default for the time being, will call PCS to get better overclock settings!

It always boots into windows (if it gets past the overclock failed message), just dies when I'm running something drive intensive. Strange.

On the plus side, I've had an adapter delivered today so I can fit the Asus Deluxe USB3 expansion box into one of the spare drive bays :)

Spent the day playing with the overclock settings. Managed to get 4.6 stable at 1.315 vcore. However my temps were at 80+ degrees. I think it's a fault with the 600T case rather than the settings though. It's missing a side fan and the water cooler is a bit pants for such a powerful processor. Wish I'd have ordered the COOLIT ECO C240 A.L.C instead, because although it said it wouldn't fit, apparently the top fan can be removed from the 600T and the radiator fitted instead! Bit gutted about that really.

The normal 600T doesn't have a side fan, the white version comes with a mesh side panel to mount one though.

I reckon it will be difficult to get hold of the white's side panel on it's own. I want one though!!! In the mean time, I've put all settings back to default. I want a fully stable system for playing Dead Space 2. New BIOS is out next week though, so will have another go at overclocking then.

Added some pics of my USB3 panel...

I have the same coolit as you on my i7 950 which runs hotter than the K2600 chip and it works fine for me.I did read somewhere that they can come loose and may have a faulty leg it just may need reseating but it should not of passed quality control in this condition.

Also you can put another 120 mm fan infront of the radiator (just make sure its pushing air) and these are very cheap to buy and can make a big difference to the cooling performance.
I have done this anyway because my chip runs nice and cool all the time and the fans never need to rev up.

Other than that the your rig can handle anything at stock speeds I would only use the overclock to get some nice bench marks and then go back to stock for normal day to day use.

You sir are a lifesaver! I didn't realise you could double up!! Off to the shops tomorrow to get a top spec 120mm fan! Then another play with the overclock I think :)
