My audio jack issue

Hi All, I bought Fusion Series: 14" laptop with Intel® Core™ i7 Quad Core Processor i7-10510U CPU in March 2020. The problem i have is that my ear phone brings only the music(not the vocals) sometimes, I had this before, but after removing and pluging-in back many times, it started working again(i could hear music and vocals).

I had this problem today as well. bit worried that i spent nearly 1700 pounds(with 4TB Samsung SSD) for this laptop and it looks like audio jack has some problem. It is not happening always, but sometimes.

I have warranty, but i am worried to send the laptop to PCSpecialist for repair as i have all my personal(confidential) details in that..

Did anyone had this issue with Fusion 14 inch laptop?

Usually, when the audio jack of the laptop is broken, it doesn't work at all.

It looks like your headphone cable must be damaged somewhere, as it is a pretty common issue with 3.5mm headphones. Have you tried the same headphones on different laptops or phones (if you still have one with a 3.5mm ) to check if the same is happening? Or even better, have you tried different headphones on your Fusion 14" to see if the same issue is still there?
