Well its very powerful so I would seem more than capable for those tasks especially with the GTX 670 for gaming. My only concern is the "SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE INTEL CPU COOLER". I say this because I am not sure if it will be ok for you processor if you plan to O.C. it however I know nothing about the area of cooling so please do not let my comment change your mind, just take it into account if you feel it to be important

That's more than OK for gaming, your graphics card will do you well. When you say "editing" I assume you mean video editing & with your +3GHz i7 you should be fine for the actual editing & rendering
