My new gaming laptop recently started to give me electric static?

I have been play on it just fine last week and now I'm back at my parents house and I plug the laptop and it starts to give me some static which is not comfortable, if it's unplugged it's fine but as soon as I plug it it's back on...

What can I do? I need it plugged in because otherwise performance drops massively

Is this a PCSpecialist laptop? Can you post your full specs?

What do you mean by "give me some static"? Are you getting shocks? Where from? Is the charger cable damaged? Can you post photos of where you're getting shocks from?
