Ok so I've now had my PC for a week and I'm absolutely loving it! 
Would first like to say how great my experience has been with PCS, I've used their live chat to help me with some questions about my build before I ordered and received great advice. Also the 'Call Wait Times' link on the main page is a huge help, I phoned three times during the process and not once was I waiting for more than one min, and always very polite and helpful people answering the call.
So far I have had no problems with the PC, just plug in and play It plays the games I want to on max settings at 1920x1080 (Skyrim, Sim City, Metro: Last Light) with no real problems. Boot speed is very fast, around 20-25s (for me using an old laptop before this it feels instant ) I will be upgrading keyboard/mouse soon The Logitech G105 is looking nice to me
