Hello, I ordered my pc on the 8-03-11 and it is currently "in building" status. I was wandering If i could now fast track it as it was supposed to be for a birthday present on the 27th and looks unlikely it will make it by then.

Is it possible to fast track now or am i too late? and if i wanted to do so how would i go about it. I would call but phones are currently off.

Are there any notes on your order?? such as stock shortages or other reasons for delay
If not then the computer should progress through the stages pretty quickly from now

Have you tried emailing customer support through your account??

I'd give Sales a call on 0844 499 4000. They will be able to give a you straight answer there & then as they have full access to order status & stock levels. If fast track is available then you'll be able to pay for it at the same time.
