PC arrived today at approximately 12:30, so thought now would be a good time to post up a review of the experience as a whole. Pics posted in this thread in the 'Show off your new PC' forum.
PC dispatched 10 working days after ordering, probably would have been 9 if it wasnt for the 'dispatch after' date set by me.

Placing an order: Couldn't be simpler. I had read a couple of threads on here re orders being delayed due to certain items not being in stock. A workaround that I found was to click the 'fast 5 day dispatch' option, then click proceed, to be given the message that either this is possible, or its not possible because x, y and z are not in stock. It would be useful if maybe there was a 'check stock' button so customers would know as early as possible whether their selected config was likely to be delayed because of stock levels.
Also changed my order without any issues and had the difference refunded back onto my card.
One thing I would say is if you are ordering by credit card, and it is the first time you have ordered anything from PCS, don't be surprised if the transaction doesnt go through, and you get a phonecall from your bank. Payment go rejected twice and got a phonecall, but once I ok'd it with them put the details in a third time and it went through fine.
Communication: Superb. Got a bit confused when I received an email saying my order was processing, when it had been in the pre production phase for a good while. But as soon as it was built received regular updates, as well as a text as soon as it was dispatched, and when the order was out for delivery.
Setup Process: Turned it on, windows started up fine, was up and running within 5 minutes. Cant tell you how nice it is having a PC without loads of trial software loaded onto it. Not loaded any of my games onto it yet, but this thing is snappy!!!!!
Overall: One very happy customer. Thanks PC Specialist. Hope this feedback is constructive.
