Hi. So I decided to talk about the stuff that is happening between me and PCS.

essentialy what I wanted was a custom made laptop. What I got was month long wait and no computer

delivery: they ran out of stock the day I bought the laptop. Can someone explain me why the hell wouldn't they stock up for the future?

service: called them on the phone yesterday,they told me yeah yeah,it's gonna be shipped on friday,we just need to finish testing it. yeah... Still pre-production...

Then I decided to write them via live support the consultant connected and never ever wrote anything. I waited for 20mins and turned it off.

Today I phoned them again. After 7 minutes of waiting for someone to pick up I ran out of credits. The line status showed that only 1 person is connected,0 queued. Great.

Then I decided to use the live support again. It said I need to wait for 7mins. So I waited for 5 and a mesasage pops up that the consultant is unavailable and will not be connected.


GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY TIMES. 1/10 wouldnt't reccomend buying a laptop here for anyone.

Hope this store improves over time. (doubt it)

They do, however as with every company they need to order in the parts they require which is based upon the orders they receive. Unfortunately stuff does tend to go out of stock from time to time :(. Its not great but I wouldn't think there was much they could do about it without having loads of 'spares' (which would push prices up etc.).

Sometimes the status of the order isn't updated as regularly as it should be, I would guess this is especially so if its been waiting on one part to be finalised. From my experience they seemed to push my rig through once the 'out of stock' items were not an issue anymore and it was tested/QC'd/dispatched etc. pretty quickly! If they've said its going to be shipped today it just might be :) even if your status has not updated.

That happened to me a few times when using the live service. Did you try emailing PCs?

Its a bit of a bummer that you have had such a bad experience. Although a month isn't terribly long if you are waiting on out of stock stuff (my order took 20 working days and it was only that quick because I swapped out some of the 'out of stock' items myself). Saying that though, if they've said it will be dispatched soon hopefully you will get your rig early next week! Fingers crossed for you bud!

I did email them. To be honest I am trying to contact them using ALL resources and it seems that it is impossible.

Aye it can be a bit infuriating if you're waiting on responses. They will respond to your email, its just a matter of time (obviously if they are busy then it may take a bit longer) usually its within a working day or two.

Let us know how you get on though, you might be pleasantly surprised if its dispatched today :) Fingers crossed for ya!

1. Upgrade to 2GB GTX 660M from 1GB GT 650M.

3. Upgrade to High Quality 79.86WH 8 cell battery with fantastic battery life from 6 cell 48.84WH battery.

We assumed that most customers would prefer to wait a few days extra for this free upgrade, and we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our service.

I just came to UK and I need the pc like fresh air. It is my income source and now i am using my phone for everything and it is quite frustrating. I am thankful for the upgrade,but time is literaly money for me.

I ordered the computer while still in lithuania,then lived for a week in milton keynes and had no computer to update my details everywhere. I then traveled(6 days ago) to another city in uk and still have the same no-pc problem.

As I said,i appreciate the update,but it is the first time I am abroad and there is alot for me to do with a computer which I don't have.

hope you understand my situation.
