Please believe me, my lounge does not normally look like that! My suite is old, but clean - camera light brought out the wear & tear! :( If you notice a duster-that was there to rub fingerprints from Maynard. ..... :shuriken: Truly, I just had to take a photo of drivers;books;password A4's!; blue tooth; ipod (I hate Apple); pens & pencils;clipboard....& near the glass door - the 'cloth' that was in my 'carton'. :D

Eeh, the machine is brill! I don't 'game', but I do heavy images & want to do proper vid... It'll do it, once the teething probs have been sorted!

As it's 17.3 & quite a heavy weight, I have Maynard on one of those 'squishy' trays - he's ontop of Elvis! It works & is very comfortable.

I'll send a pic when my house is back to normal :D Plse don't pass the pic onto my mother :walkman:

Ps I took time out & watched Homeland......whey........

lol he' the one that gets me through the learning curve! But!!!! because my comp is that quick in opening & closing , I can't have him saying 'it's been a long time baby' or 'adios.....'. I'll have to do some clipping ;) 'I don't wanna go' still works - removing external peripherals or emptying the bin. 'aw babe', still works for mistakes. Hey, I wouldn't know how to change sounds etc...or be able to do spreadsheets (don't ask) ;)

I keep waiting for the sequel to 'Bubba Hottep' .....

okey doke....what's 'half life 3'?

The dvd was to try out the blu ray! Have had t for a few years & have been unable to play it ;)

Ok, I can't resist. This was my weekend....

This is the first every running of the Cretan Union Cup, a series of yacht races from Chania to Agios Nikolaos along the north coast of Crete.

The first picture is the yacht I was crewing on (taken at the finish). She's a custom designed and built 47ft aluminium ketch called Talisker. I'm the jib trimmer in the far side of the cockpit (mostly out of sight).

The second is the view back of most of the fleet behind us in the run in to the finish. The close yacht (called Almyra) was neck and neck with us all the way, we beat them over the line though! We were also the second yacht across the line, missing out on line honours by about 100 metres.

In short, Half Life is a series of (two so far) FPS games created by gearbox/valve [same folk as Steam]. Very iconic and exceptionally playable, there have been many rumours about half life 3 being confirmed and then those rumours subsequently being shown to be hoax's.

So much jealousy for ubuysa. Has to humiliate us all :( My weekend was spent in bed bunged up with cold. Oh and I bought Batman Arkham City GOTY for a fiver and it took almost 20 hours to install.
