I am looking to buy a new monitor. (UK)

I am looking for the following (I think?)

1440p
144hz
27' IPS

Does this seem like the right spec for a very good gaming monitor?
Any advice on which i should buy?
Links would be great

I have a budget of around £650

No gsync and 1080 will struggle with some titles in 4k at higher settings.

This seemed like a better fit.

Maybe something like the AOC AGON AG271QG or the ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q.
