Hi, so as far as i understand i need a bios update for my laptop in order to control brightness, because nothing else is working. But i cant find bios update download on official clevo website. I read that some of you guys got a USB stick with bios update from PCS but i contacted them couple of days ago via email and didnt get the answer yet so, does anyone know where i could download bios update for my laptop? I have W370ST model.

Did you sent them an email or did you send them a message through tech support on the main page?
I just asked for the same thing for my vortex 2. They send a stick out last week just waiting for the post.

If you go through the tech support bit on the main page you'll probably get a quicker response i would think, they got back to me within half a day.
