Need help with a very high-end build for christmas! Please look!

Hi all, my sister has asked me to help her build a PC for her fiance and she's given me a limit of £150 a month (you heard that right, 150! Ridiculous) which turns out to be between 4-4.5k budget, so I'm looking for some help/advice on what components to pick. I myself have a mid-high end pc but this is a bit out of my depth. She wants the PC to include everything he will need to just open up and play, so that means monitor/mouse/keyboard/accessories and of course the tower. I know the big components like the GPU and processor but it's everything else I'm wondering about and that i need help with so if there's anybody who has the knowledge and wilingness to help me put together a PC through PCSpecialist I would really appreciate the help! She is coming round tomorrow for some advice so speedy replies would go a long way! Thank you all in advance!

If you take a look at PCS's home page you will see that you cannot get a new order in time for Christmas. Alas a lot of the high end components that you would be interested in such as the latest AMD CPU's or high end Nvidia graphic cards are in very short supply everywhere
