Hi,3 months ago I bought a edimax wi-fi and now 4days ago hes stoped working-the icon became black and it writes "edimax wireless LAN card does not exist"I mean when Im connecting it to USB it's not working.i tried almost everything-reinstalling,installing some of drivers and it gives nothing... So can anyone help me with this? Ty

It could be a driver issue with this; but they are normally pretty good, plug and play wise (for wireless anyway!). The drivers on the cd they come with will normally be hopelessly out of date; Go to Edimax or Ralink website (google Ralink) and under software, search for drivers. Search for your model and download. If you have done this and the card has recently been faulty; then there could be issues with your usb slot; or it has just failed.
Have you tried other devices in the USB port? Go into Windows Services manager (Click Start and then type Services.msc in the search box or right-click on Computer in Explorer and select Manage) and find the service ("WLAN AutoConfig") and check this is running. If not, right click on it, select Properties, and then set the "Startup Type" to "Automatic" and then click the Start button. Try to see if that works; it may require a reboot, but should just work. Before doing this make sure other plug and play usb devices are working correctly. Other than that, try to test on another pc to see if it is recognised on that; and then look at sending it back if not. Good luck.

1-I'm instaled those drivers2-tried another ports(same thing"unknowing device")3-also my flashcard not working but with iPhone everything ok4-I couldn't find the WLAN autoconfig(there's no such a thing in the list) Don't know what to do -But thank you anyway!Any other ideas???
