Need help with PC specs

Looking to get a new PC after years, the latest games running like a slide show on my current one and it running out of memory this month has made me realise I really gotta upgrade to something more current, don't really know anything about parts and specs but I know what I need it to do and my budget.

Budget is ideally £1200, cheaper of course would be nice. I just need the PC everything else I have works just fine.
- 2HDMI posts minium as I use 2 monitors and a drawing tablet with a screen
- Lots of memory, 1T SSD would be great
- I'd like it to be able to stream the new Monster Hunter Wilds coming out in Feb 2025 on high or better if possibly.
- Mic and headphone jacks

Don't need but would be nice
- Lots of USB ports
- Glass front case
- RGB lights
- Disk drive
- Bluetooth
- 2T+ of storage

I don't need it to be 4k, eyes are bad so it's not like I'd even see it even if my monitors could show it.
If the budget I've put isn't enough for this I'd still like to know what specs I'd need for this so I can just save up for it.

Such a budget will not get you a decent gaming PC; at 1080p (dead resolution), you'll need at least £1700, at 1440p, at least £2100, and at 4K, at least £2600 for something suitable.
