I have a Clevo W350ST with windows 8.1 installed and i purchased this from Pc specialist over two years ago. It has been running fine up until recently, where i keep on getting explorer.exe crashes.
I have analysed these crash dumps and every single one has pointed to devrtl.dll which is the device management runtime. Now usually Microsoft components are not the cause of crashes, but i have run sfc /scannow and everythings fine. I have run memtest all night with no errors (even replaced ram with some other ram i had laying around), but the same problem occurs.
I have reinstalled Windows twice (even re-downloading the iso from the Microsoft site in case of corruption). I have clean booted with minimal software and services, checked the s.m.a.r.t status of my ssds and they're fine. My drivers are also up to date.
The only other thing i can think of is that i re-flashed my laptop with the prema mod bios. So could anyone point me in the direction or kindly offer me the original Clevo bios for me to re-flash please?. If this doesn't fix it then the only thing i can think of is a hardware problem of some sort with the motherboard (i hope not).
