Hello, please read the info below.
I'm looking to spend around £1500, but my total is around £1600. Can you check the spec below and advise me a more cost-efficient one, for example if you see a spec which has no use, then please tell me to which one I should downgrade them.
I will use the computer for heavy gaming whilst recording, 3-d animation software, creating video, watching movies (downloaded ones, not necessarily blu ray, but I kept that in case games come out in blu ray.
I chose the motherboard to be SLI, because I might add another radeon 7970 in the future, and that is also why I used 850W of power supply.
I chose two hard drives, the SSD is for the main OS and softwares that will stay on my computer for long times (video editing etc), the HDD is more for large storage such as games and movies.
I chose a high sound card, but I'm not sure if I will need it. I chose it because I'm also buying 30W speakers (see the make below), but if you think those speakers can run at the same quality as the normal sound card, then please tell me whether I should downgrade the sound card.
The monitor is fine like it is, and since I have seperate speakers, the DVI cable will suffice.
The 'network facility' is fine as it is because it will definitely be via wireless, and dual-band is much better.
I chose no operating system because I will move the current retail version of it to the new computer.
Also, I have read many complaints on the web about this website, and how the components always malfunction and then the customer support is really weak, and most of them ended up going to court to win the full refund because their computer didn't work.
I really don't want to get in all that hassle, can anyone reassure me of the quality and reliability of this company?
Lastly, can I pay via paypal, or should I do via credit card (eventhough I have none, but most of the complainers said to use credit card)
Thank you so much for your time, I really appreciate it.
