New - 53% increase in "Fast track" prices...

Needless to say I'm glad I had a saved quote with what I wanted with the old £56 3 day fast track option saved now that it's £99. Ouch.

They've probably had to increase it to cope with extra demand etc. 3 Day fast tracking is quite a feat - think of how many people you are 'pushing in front of' hehe

thats seriously a ridiculous price tbh, i mean that would be like 20% of the mid range laptop price or 10% of the higher range laptop price, :lol:, it seems their new sales person is trying to copy alienware with their rip off inflated prices for extra services

That's understandable, but you already have the clause of "if the fast track isn't possible we'll refund the charge". Maybe making this more apparent would have been a more reasonable way of dealing with it. Or having your system limit the availability of fast track in the same way that component availablility is limited, i.e. when you hit proceed and are told "Fast track isn't available because component X isn't in stock".

Anyway, glad to see you aren't just hiking prices up for the sake of it.
