New build issues.

Has anyone received their pc here and had issues. They’ve asked me to send mine back after remote logging in and unable to get the gpu to appear

I'm sure there will be other forum users who will have had issues with their PC's which have meant they needed to send them back. For example, I recently sent mine back (start of April) for a RMA.

Its fairly rare but sadly not unheard of, but PCS will keep you informed throughout and explain what they did to fix it in your RMA notes :)

PCS ship several thousand builds each week and try as they might, some do have issues. Often it's down to components shifting in transit.

The main advantage of buying from PCS is that they won't mess you about. It will get properly fixed under the warranty. Although it's disappointing you need have no fear that you've been ripped off. PCS are the good guys. :)
