Welcome to our forums :)

Great spec you've put together there, which will be fine for you intended usage. My only point is why 2 x SSD drives? The best solution using SSD drives is having one for the operating system and programs, so fast boot/access, and a larger drive for storage of music, films etc.

well, my thought was the combinations of two SSDs Raided would improve the read and write speeds? Guess i could be wrong. But the plan was to have a SSD has my main drive.

The spec does look good but the point PCS makes about the SSDs is true.

Also, the 5670 Graphics Card is classed as a "budget" card so you could perhaps use the money you save from removing one of the SSDs to upgrade it to maybe a 5770 or a GTX460? I know you say you don't game much but you never know, you may get hooked in years to come! :D

Also, that 500GB HDD with 8MB cache, could be very cheaply upgraded to the 1TB WD10EARS 64mb cache :)
