You really have to help us out a bit more than this!
The new updated control centre on the downloads section of my account, after downloading and installing it the laptop starts turning off and on and you can't stop it.

When you say a new updated control center, was the previous one not working? For what reason are you requiring a new version?
Have you reinstalled or reset Windows, or are you simply upgrading your control center because there's a new one posted?

We need the full spec please.
Looking at a previous post of yours - its the Elimina Pro. You say that they have put a new control centre in your downloads section?
Did you request this or get notified of its availability for any reason? Can you also post a screen shot of your downloads page to show this new control centre please.
Did it come with any instructions / notice of situations to use / update to the new one?
PS if old one was working - why did you apply new one? Was something not working?

My windows 11 had a corrupted file so I had to do manual instal and start from scratch thr control centre that was previously installed wasn't there so I went on to my tech support page and under downloads download it but it appears to be an updated version and that's what caused my laptop to start turning off and on again.

What process did you take to reinstall windows? Please understand you need to say step by step, we don't know what you've done, so you have to be clear and put a bullet list of steps
Control center can't work if windows isn't configured properly.
I downloaded the update from the Microsoft support guy who took me through it step by step, I had to install it in my primary drive then remove the flash drive after the 5 steps where complete.

What made you think your windows was corrupted
How did you contact them?
You said they sent you an update rather than installing windows? Where did you download the update, have you got the link?
To be honest, I don't think we're going to be able to help you with this.
I would STRONGLY suggest turning off your computer now and don't use it, give PCS a call in the morning, and go through clean installing windows with them.
