Hey all. Just popped on to introduce myself. I placed an order a few days ago for a desktop that will primarily be used for 3d modelling and camera tracking, using software like Maya, Matchmover, Pftrack, PhotoShop, after effects etc. I'm quite a big gamer as well, well I used to be. Back in the day I played quake 3 semi pro. And played the likes of Sujoy, Timber, and fatal1ty. The latter you may know from his gaming branded accessory's. Nowadays im more casual console gamer but im looking forward to Skyrim and bf3.
I was on a budget for purchasing this pc, and the spec chosen will be upgraded over the next month or 2, primarily the graphics card and a faster primary hd, was gonna go for black as a first drive but there outa stock and I need this computer ASAP really.
