New home/office PC

My girlfriends PC is dying. It's over 7 years old! So I've persuaded her to buy a new PC from pcspecialist on a budget of about £500 exc.vat (she only needs the tower) Here's what I've come up with, can anyone do better or recommend an alternative build?

Case
COOLERMASTER HAF 912 PLUS MID TOWER GAMING CASE

Processor (CPU)
AMD FX-6300 Six Core CPU (3.50GHz/8MB CACHE/AM3+)

Motherboard
ASUS® M5A99X EVO R2.0 (DDR3, USB3.0, 6Gb/s, CrossFireX/SLI, Windows 8)

Memory (RAM)
2GB KINGSTON DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 2GB)

Graphics Card
1GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 610 - DVI, HDMI, VGA - 3D Vision Ready

Memory - 1st Hard Disk
1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1003FZEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)

1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive
24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER ±R/±RW/RAM

Memory Card Reader
INTERNAL 52 IN 1 CARD READER (XD, MS, CF, SD, etc) + 1 x USB 2.0 PORT

Power Supply
CORSAIR 650W CS SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET (£69)

It's basically for her to roam around the interweb and do a bit of occasional (light duty) gaming along with some work stuff (word processing boring legal blah blah blah stuff). Don't worry about the RAM, I have a spare set of 8gb G-Skill RipJaw ram chips to put in it upon arrival :)
I'm not too hot on the specs/quality/reliability of Radeon graphics cards hence the reason I've put an NVidea one in ('cos it's all I've ever used), so I'm not against Radeon, so feel free to suggest a better alternative if it exists. This build came in at about £40 over budget, so the £500 (excluding vat) budget is really just a guideline. Other stuff in this build includes Win 7 Ultimate and the silver warranty.

why windows ultimate, do you need a feature of it?
Might be better getting this kind of setup, you can add a better GPU later if needed.

Windows Ultimate because i use it myself and like it, no other reason lol. Her current PC lasted 7 years (just about) and she wants her new one to do the same

She likes to do a little bit of gaming hence the graphic card, also yours was £80 under budget (£500-ish with no vat is the target) although under budget isn't a bad thing! I guess you could say i'm providing the RAM and paying for the OS, so £500 exc.vat on everything else is the target. And it needs to last her years. Also the case on the build i made is the one she likes...

In layman terms what does Ultimate have that Home Premium doesn't? If it's nothing spectacular then i'll get her that instead. Thanks for the input so far.

If you click on the interrogation sign on the configurator it gives you an indication of the difference between home and ultimate. From what you indicate your gf won't get any benefit from windows ultimate. Mantadog's spec seems pretty good for your budget, you could drop to the standard amd CPU if you wish to lower the cost. You could also send your ram to PCS so you don't get charge for 2gb ram.
