Really pleased with it. - less than 1/2 hour to install Kubuntu including downloading updates. Possibly could have been faster still had I had the install on a USB3 stick rather than USB2?

Only minor niggle was the generic handbook that applies to desktop machines as well as laptops and didn't have any picture showing the location of the card reader. Neither do any of the pics on the website make this clear.

I certainly feel I made the right choice in finding one of the few suppliers of laptops who don't insist on loading it with M$ Windoze.
