New Machine Today - 1 longer beep, 3 short

Hi all,
Knew this would happen - got through the 33 working day wait to have it not start on boot. 1 longer beep followed by 3 short, nothing comes up on display. Fans etc all start up. Google says graphical. Wanted to ask for advice here before poking around. A thread on hte 2nd page says it's "It's a know thing with ASUS motherboards, so if that is the case just turn your monitor on before starting the PC." Have tried since, monitor is on and wired up, no signal received.

Would value any advice. I know the PCS support lines are mega busy.

Ok just check that everything is plugged in & properly seated inside, including removing & replacing graphic card and RAM, and make sure you've got the monitor plugged into the right socket.

What lead are you using to connect with & what monitor is it, some monitors require that you set their input method in the monitors own menu
