Good morning!
Budget: 1500/1600 - this build is at the very top of my budget. Feel free to drop specs if this doesn’t align with my uses!
Uses: I’ll be using the system for the latest games, mainly Warzone and COD type FPS shooters.
Monitor: I have This monitor. ASUS 1920x1080, 144Hz refresh, 1ms.
As a side note, If you suggest upgrading the monitor to 1440p, that is something I can do as well.
