Not the best when it comes to pcs just need some opinions also is there much of a difference between the asus rtx 2080ti and the base 2080ti in terms of performance also any recommendations for a monitor that would go well with this pc

I'd suggest waiting until 7th july for AMD's new CPUs and the new motherboards with PCIe 4.0 to be out, and then reviewing options.

Will also be useful to know the full budget for system + monitor

They're good.

Exactly how good the new ones will be we'll need to wait a week and a bit to find out for when reviews are published.

They're coming with a new series of motherboards sporting PCIe 4.0 which no consumer Intel motherboards have. These will support faster SSDs, and potentially faster GPUs in the future too.

If spending (upto) 4 grand on a gaming system, definitely worth sticking it out for a week and then reviewing options I'd say
