No Audio 'connected'

Sorry....

Since updating to win 8.1 it says the 'audio' 'something or other isn't found? I reinstalled realtek & soundblaster drivers. But I still get the warning. Sound does come out of speakers - but certainly not like before

Any help please?

Yeah I often find that with sound issues, I somehow manage to sort it.
