No sound from headphones jack after sleep

So this happens every time I put the laptop to sleep. When I put it back on there is no sound from the headphones jack. There is sound coming out the laptop's speakers but nothing if I plug in my headphones. If I restart the laptop everything is fine.
This problem is recent, I have the laptop for about one year .
It's the defiance 2 15 inch.

Try installing new audio drivers, I'm pretty sure that's a software issue.

I seem to recall it's a fairly common Windows 10 problem too? Windows 10 seems to be having quite a few problems with resume from sleep, hopefully they will get fixed in the anniversary update.
