NOOB: Question about DVD/BLU-RAY drive

Would I be able to build a PC without a dvd drive? I never use my current dvd drive for anything. I selected (Genuine Windows 10 64 bit - inc DVD & License) ~ Is this already installed on the PC or would I have to use the dvd to install it?

Yes you can order PCs without a CD/DVD drive, and yes if you order it with Win 10, it will be installed for you - though sometimes re-installs are required later on, so if you don't have an external drive you may want to create a bootable USB drive :)

If you did need to create a windows 10 bootable usb drive, there's a really handy tool from Microsoft which does it all for you, you just insert a usb key, press start, it downloads windows 10 and automatically writes it to the usb key.
