Not sure what spec to have..need advice and ideas

Hi Guys,

This will be the first time building a desktop. Im not sure what sort of spec to use, I have £2,500 to use for desktop and monitor. Ideally I want this Desktop for hardcore gaming, plenty of storage for movies,music,images etc. also for software such as Adobe Photoshop CS5 and other top spec software HD hardware if possible. The screen size ideally would be 22" LED

Please could anyone give me ideas on what sort of spec I would go for
