noticed a strange defect with screen

i've had my lappy over a week now and was working on a white document when i noticed this strange beige mark on the screen.
I then tried playing battlefield to see if it went away but ive noticed on that the mark then becomes white like light leaking from behind. looks like im going to have to RMA it already

maybe i should have paid for the higher quality screen im pretty gutted about having to send it back so soon, with a fault like this, how long does RMA take?

Cant speak specifically about the fault itself but PCS RMA's are pretty swift. Usually get your item returned within a week or so.

Just an update: it was collected yesterday, and I forgot to write the RMA number on the box. Oops.

Hopefully they have a screen in stock and its a quick turn around.

Have you been in touch with PCS to tell the, you forgot the RMA, it shouldn't be.a problem. Best to check though! Hope you get it back fully fixed soon!

I called first think this morning, dude on the phone said he'd pass the message on to the dispatch/arrivals room, don't know if he did or not, but it's deffo not been updated on the rma page.

Aye they did that for me when I RMA my keyboard and forgot the number. The status will be updated soon no doubt though!
